Location: Chicopee/Agawam/Three Rivers- Massachusetts

Sunshine Village is seeking a Master’s Level Clinician to join our growing team! Work on an interdisciplinary team providing behavioral support and services for adult individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop & monitor behavioral support plans and individualized treatment plans
- Complete progress reports
- Analyze data
- Complete functional behavior assessments
- Complete skill assessments
- Conduct staff training
- Design data collection tools for staff to track behaviors
- Analyze data collected by staff
- Perform site visits as scheduled or needed
Compensation
- $90,000 -Clinician, without BCBA
- $105,000- Analyst, with BCBA

Required Skills:
- Master’s degree in a Human Service related field
- Minimum of two years experience utilization of Applied Behavior Analysis with people with developmental disabilities and/or with people on the autism spectrum
- BCBA preferred, but not required.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively and work independently
Terrific Work Hours:
- Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm, no evenings or weekends or On Call! (40 hours)
- Full time preferred, willing to consider Part-Time or Flex Schedule (20 hours)
- This position is not remote
