Job Title: Assistant Manager - Three Rivers
Hours: 40 hours/week - Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:00pm.
Educational Requirements: Associate's degree in human services, health care or a related field with a minimum of one year working with people with ID/DD/Autism preferred OR a high school diploma (or its equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years working within a human services agency supporting people with ID/DD/Autism. A minimum of one year supervisory experience and/or experience working with SourceAmerica preferred.
Other Requirements: Ability to lift 25 lbs. comfortably, a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle (registered, insured and inspected (if applicable), and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Summary: Under the direction and with the support of the Program Manager, this position works to ensure the safe, welcoming, engaging and efficient operation, including contract management of Westover Maintenance Systems while supporting CBDS program with quality assurance activities, including accurate and prompt reporting. This position will also support CBDS programs with developing and supervising group employment (enclaves) at local businesses and act as a liaison with employers.
Salary: $65,000 Annual/Exempt ($31.25 hourly)
